Hemp seeds offer 31.56g of protein per every 100g and are also 100% gluten free. It’s also rich in fiber, iron and provides about 90 calories per three tablespoons with only three grams of fat. Few other grains can top this superfood. Hemp is rapidly becoming the seed grain of choice among vegans and vegetarians.
